While the vaccine mandate debate rages on, here at the Jerrod for Congress campaign, my team is actively researching, sifting through, and collecting data that may be useful to those looking for a way out of forced vaccination.
I want to reassure you that my fight for freedom, especially when it comes to the sanctity of our own bodies, is something I take personally and very seriously. As someone who has overcome cancer (by the grace of God) through non-medical means, I believe autonomy when it comes to medical choices is afforded to us through the Constitution’s promise of individual liberty and must not be trampled upon. Although it may feel like a losing battle at the moment, rest assured, evil, albeit powerful, is not invincible as long as there are people willing to stand up and challenge it. And if you ever feel disillusioned, look up the Nuremberg code. That day is coming.
For now, as our cowardly justice system sits silently by and watches the chaos unfold, I want to put some tools in your hand that may help in your fight to keep your job and your liberty.
In Washington State, thousands of employees are now required to get the vaccine or lose their jobs. This includes state employees, health care workers, teachers, school volunteers, and coaches. There is a religious exemption form that can be offered to employers, however, employers are allowed discretion when granting this exemption, and from anecdotal evidence, many are being denied.

According to the legal site Venable, the reviewer of an exemption must have “two questions in mind: Is this an acceptable religion? And is this religious belief sincerely held? “
This is precarious ground because no one can read another mind’s motives or intentions. However, in order to bolster your case with proof of your deeply held beliefs, we suggest explaining that pro-life Christians, cannot in good conscience accept the vaccine because it has been tested on aborted babies, which violates the most deeply held tenets of our faith.
A sample letter, which was shared with me by a friend, may be used as a guideline.
I want to assure you that I am not acting as judge or arbiter over any person’s personal freedom. My goal here is merely to provide you with information and options, to protect and defend.
Every American deserves the liberty to live their life on their own terms with God as their only judge. Our Constitution provides for it, our founders demanded it, our forefathers fought for it.
And as Congressman, it will be my life’s work to ensure it.
